Enlight Impact Conference 30-31 March 2023 Bilbao, Spain

Introduction

Impact assessment is a practice that is growing in relevance worldwide. More and more organisations are analysing their impacts with the objective of getting evidence, understanding and demonstrating the value of their contributions, in particular, contributions to society. In the Higher Education context, impact is also becoming a higher priority both at the EU and global levels.

The ENLIGHT Impact Conference will bring international leading impact experts in – and outside the academic ecosystem to exchange and discuss approaches for embedding impact within Universities full spectrum of activities, being in education, in research, in innovation or in societal engagement related activities.

The ENLIGHT Impact Conference will be the fora to:

Debate how to raise impact awareness, literacy and readiness in higher education.

Share and learn about different approaches for impact assessment.

Discuss barriers and opportunities for promoting common impact-driven research agendas.

Understand how European Universities Alliances are bringing about impact and transforming the European Higher Education Area.

Join us in Bilbao on 30-31 March 2023
and meet our future ENLIGHT Impact Ambassadors!

It is possible to walk to the Bizkaia Aretoa building from Termibus in about 20 minutes. You can also take the tram from the San Mamés tram stop to Atxuri, and get off at Guggenheim stop.

From the exit, walk down Calle Elcano towards the rive (in the direction of Abandoibarra), keeping the Government House building on your left, and when you come to the Euskadi roundabout, turn into Calle Ramón Rubial and continue until you come to the Bizkaia Aretoa building.
